I want to give a shout out and thank you to a true friend who will probably only see this message on my computer.
He has been a friend of mine since we were 12 years old and broke his neck 2 1/2 years ago in a car wreck.
He showed up with one of his friends today because he knew I was down and couldn't do anything around the yard.
Besides the fact that he and his brother fixed our roof this past spring, he still found time to come out and
mow my grass.
Thank God for good friends.
If I'm lucky, I've got a couple of old computers that I haven't got running yet (due to no income other than my wife's
Social Security) and I hope to fix one for his son in the near future to use for schoolwork at home (and maybe a little
crunching.) ;-)
