Just getting back into crunching after a few years away. Have 2 Nvidia gtx titans. Updated with latest drivers. Problem I am having is computer completely freezes after about five minutes of crunching. Have to reboot just to have the same thing happen. Thanks for any help.

Are you running cpu tasks too? If so stop those and see if it helps your computer could still be doing stuff but it's just sooooo backed up it would take an hour to catch up so looks frozen. I have a couple of older AMD based pc's that do the same thing, I dropped the number of cpu tasks to 50% and the 'use at most percentage of cpu time' setting in Boinc Manager to 50% and the pc doesn't freeze up anymore. I've replaced the thermal paste and cooler and the thing is running cool I think it's just the apps are overwhelming the older cpu's for me.
