Contains a collection of various annotating tools like arrows, markers, speech bubbles for adding comments to screen shots, & even making a video screen capture. NOTE: Will not work under Vista. This program has been installed on a Vista computer & is working fine. The guy said that maybe it's missing a option or two but he hasn't been able to find them yet.
